New package install: dnsmasq

I think I’m going to install dnsmasq tomorrow. I kind of shied away from making my laptop and the other computers in the house really dependent on the server for important services like DNS, but it gets annoying waiting for DNS to respond. Plus dnsmasq has some nice features like pulling upstream server addresses from DHCP dynamically. Especially, important if your ISP is in the habit changing servers randomly.
